Water heater Leak

This garage suffered water damage from a leaking water heater. Water can find the most inconvenient places to sit and dry, behind drywall and baseboards. SERVPRO of Scottsdale has technicians and professional drying equipment and tools for all types of stubborn water damages.

The drywall was cut and removed in this garage to figure out how much water damage was present.  The dehumidifiers and air movers were put in place to keep the moisture levels down and air moving quick for efficient drying.  The team provided documentation of drying procedure and replaced drywall.
