Mold in a Scottsdale Residence

After having a pipe burst, these Scottsdale homeowners thought that they had cleaned up their home properly. It wasn't long after they thought their home was dry that they realized there was something growing on the wall.

After calling in our team of professionals, we recommended having a hygienist come in to test the growth. Once we received the test results, we were able to get a protocol on how to proceed with the mold. In this instance it was recommended that it would be better if we removed the affected drywall. We had the drywall removed quickly and were set to replace it after we ensured the structure was fully dry.
